Ingredients
  

  • 1 large orange peeled
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • ½ lemon peeled and seeds removed
  • 1 small carrot chopped
  • ½ cup water or coconut water
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger optional
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Add water or coconut water to the blender first.
  2. Add orange, pineapple, lemon, carrot, and ginger.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Taste and add honey if needed.
  5. Serve immediately, or strain if you prefer a smoother juice.

Notes

  • For a colder juice, use frozen pineapple instead of ice.
  • Honey is optional and depends on how sweet your fruits are.
  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
