Ingredients
  

  • 1 large pink grapefruit peeled and seeds removed
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Peel the grapefruit completely and remove seeds and white bitter parts.
  2. Add grapefruit to the blender.
  3. Add frozen banana and pineapple.
  4. Add chia seeds.
  5. Pour almond milk over everything.
  6. Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
