- Step 1 (Night)
- Add oats, milk, honey, cinnamon, and chia seeds to a jar. Close and refrigerate overnight.
- Step 2 (Morning)
- Pour the soaked oats into a blender. Add banana and peanut butter.
- Step 3
- Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Step 4
- Add ice or extra milk if needed. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use rolled oats, not instant oats.
- Frozen banana makes the smoothie thicker.
- Soak at least 4 hours for best texture.
