Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Add everything to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
