Method
- Add almond milk and water to the blender first.
- Add spinach, banana, green apple, and lemon juice.
- Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and adjust with more water if needed.
- Add ice if desired and blend again. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a ripe banana for natural sweetness.
- Frozen fruit makes the smoothie colder without extra ice.
- Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours (re-blend before drinking).
