Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ green apple chopped
  • ¾ cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional
  • Ice optional

Method
 

  1. Add almond milk and water to the blender first.
  2. Add spinach, banana, green apple, and lemon juice.
  3. Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust with more water if needed.
  5. Add ice if desired and blend again. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use a ripe banana for natural sweetness.
  • Frozen fruit makes the smoothie colder without extra ice.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours (re-blend before drinking).
