Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Handful spinach optional
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Ice optional

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add avocado for extra creaminess
  • Use raspberries for lower sugar
  • Add cocoa powder for the chocolate version
