Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold water or coconut water
  • ¼ cup fresh orange or lemon juice
  • 1 –2 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • A small pinch of sea salt
  • Ice optional

Method
 

  1. Add water or coconut water to a glass or small pitcher.
  2. Stir in citrus juice, sweetener (if using), and sea salt.
  3. Mix well until everything is fully dissolved.
  4. Taste and adjust with more water or citrus if needed.
  5. Serve chilled or over ice.

Notes

  • Start with a very small amount of salt and adjust to taste.
  • Coconut water adds natural sweetness and extra electrolytes.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours.
