Method
- Add water or coconut water to a glass or small pitcher.
- Stir in citrus juice, sweetener (if using), and sea salt.
- Mix well until everything is fully dissolved.
- Taste and adjust with more water or citrus if needed.
- Serve chilled or over ice.
Notes
- Start with a very small amount of salt and adjust to taste.
- Coconut water adds natural sweetness and extra electrolytes.
- Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours.
