Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh wheatgrass washed well
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • ½ lemon optional, for taste
  • ¼ apple or cucumber optional, beginner-friendly

Method
 

  1. Wash the fresh wheatgrass thoroughly to remove dirt.
  2. Chop the wheatgrass into small pieces.
  3. Add wheatgrass and water to a blender.
  4. Blend until fully broken down.
  5. Strain the mixture using a nut milk bag or fine strainer.
  6. Add lemon juice if desired.
  7. Drink immediately for best freshness.
