Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumber chopped
  • 3 –4 celery stalks chopped
  • ½ lemon freshly squeezed (optional)
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger optional
  • ½ cup cold water only if blending

Method
 

  1. Wash the cucumber and celery thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Chop the cucumber into large chunks and slice the celery into smaller pieces to avoid a stringy texture.
  3. Add cucumber to the blender first, followed by celery.
  4. Add lemon juice and ginger if using.
  5. Pour in cold water to help blending.
  6. Blend on high speed until the mixture turns vibrant green and fully smooth.
  7. Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a cleaner, juice-like texture if desired.
  8. Serve immediately, chilled or over ice, and enjoy the crisp, refreshing taste.
