Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium carrots washed and chopped
  • 1 large apple red or green, cored and chopped
  • ½ cup cold water or more as needed
  • ½ lemon peeled (optional)
  • Small piece of fresh ginger optional

Method
 

  1. Add water to the blender first.
  2. Add carrots, apple, lemon, and ginger (if using).
  3. Blend on high until completely smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust with more water if needed.
  5. Strain for a smoother juice, or drink as-is for more fiber.

Notes

  • Straining is optional; blending keeps more fiber.
  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours.
  • Add ice or chill before serving for a colder juice.
