Method
- Add water to the blender first.
- Add carrots, apple, lemon, and ginger (if using).
- Blend on high until completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust with more water if needed.
- Strain for a smoother juice, or drink as-is for more fiber.
Notes
- Straining is optional; blending keeps more fiber.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours.
- Add ice or chill before serving for a colder juice.
