Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 –2 tbsp peanut butter smooth
  • ¾ cup milk of choice almond, oat, or dairy
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • Ice optional

Method
 

  1. Add milk to the blender first.
  2. Add banana, peanut butter, and yogurt.
  3. Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and add honey if needed.
  5. Add ice if desired and blend again. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Smooth peanut butter gives the best texture for beginners.
  • Frozen banana makes the smoothie extra creamy without ice.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours (re-blend before drinking).
