Method
- Add water or coconut water to the blender first.
- Add pineapple, orange, lemon, turmeric, and ginger.
- Blend on high until completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust with more water if needed.
- Strain for a smoother juice, or drink as-is for more fiber.
Notes
- A tiny pinch of black pepper can be added to help turmeric absorb better.
- For a colder juice, use frozen pineapple instead of ice.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours.
