Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 orange peeled
  • ½ lemon peeled and seeds removed
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
  • ½ cup water or coconut water

Method
 

  1. Add water or coconut water to the blender first.
  2. Add pineapple, orange, lemon, turmeric, and ginger.
  3. Blend on high until completely smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust with more water if needed.
  5. Strain for a smoother juice, or drink as-is for more fiber.

Notes

  • A tiny pinch of black pepper can be added to help turmeric absorb better.
  • For a colder juice, use frozen pineapple instead of ice.
  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours.
